These terms cover the FedSignals Chrome extension, FedSignals for Google Sheets and the FedSignals service ("FedSignals"), published by FedSignals Data ("we"). By using FedSignals you agree to them.

The service

FedSignals finds and tracks public contract opportunities from official sources (SAM.gov, USAspending.gov and TED). The data belongs to those sources. We collect it on a schedule and may show it late, incompletely or with errors. Always confirm details, deadlines and eligibility on the official notice before you act. FedSignals is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure, and use FedSignals only lawfully and within your plan's limits. Don't resell or bulk-redistribute the service, scrape it, get around its limits, or interfere with it.

Plans and payment

• Free has the limits shown in the product.
• Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time with Manage subscription in the extension's Account tab or the Sheets sidebar (or by emailing fedsignals.alerts@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with). Your subscription then ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and Pro stays active until then. Delete my data instead cancels a subscription immediately, without a refund for the current period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. Email fedsignals.alerts@gmail.com if you were charged in error.
• We may change prices or plan features with notice. A price change applies from your next renewal.

Availability

We aim to keep FedSignals running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end features, or end the service with reasonable notice, refunding any unused prepaid period if we end it.

Disclaimers and liability

FedSignals is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed opportunities or bids. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
